eStatements

eStatements are an electronic version of your mailed paper account statements that are accessed through Bay Bank’s Online Banking. Sign up today and have your statements delivered to you in a safe and secure environment. There are many benefits to eStatements such as: reduced paper, 18 months of electronically stored statements and added protection against identity theft.

How to Enroll in eStatements

If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking:

1. Login to Online Banking
2. Click on Profile
3. Scroll down to Electronic Statements, click on Edit
4. Select eStatement under Delivery method for each account that you would like to have eStatements
5. Click on electronic statements terms and conditions
6. Once you have read the terms and conditions, check the box and fill in the Confirmation Code
7. Select Save. You have now enrolled in eStatements

If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking:

1. Click on the link below to enroll in Online Banking. You will have the ability to enroll in eStatements during the Online Banking enrollment process
2. Select eStatement under Delivery method for each account that you would like to have eStatements
3. Click on electronic statements terms and conditions
4. Once you have read the terms and conditions, check the box and fill in the Confirmation Code
5. Select Save. You have now enrolled in eStatements
