Credit Sense enables you to conveniently access and monitor your credit score. You will receive credit score improvement tips and access to educational tools. Customers can access Credit Sense via Bay Bank's online and mobile banking platforms.
Notifi
Notifi is the new alert and notification system at Bay Bank. Notifi gives you the ability to receive real-time information that you need to stay on top of your finances. The Notifi alert feature can be found via Bay Bank’s online and mobile banking platforms. In both locations an Alert tab will be present. To enroll and subscribe to Notifi alerts, simply select the Alert tab and follow the prompts.
Alert examples include:
- Low balance alerts
- Transaction based alerts
- Deposit alerts
- Password changes
- Withdrawals over a certain threshold
- And many more
All of the alerts are customizable and give you the ability to set “do not disturb” hours. You can also control and customize how you receive your alerts. You can receive alerts through email, text notification, push notification through the Bay Bank app or in a secure inbox inside your online banking profile.
